GENE   MORRIS

I have been serving as one of your Guilford Township Trustees the last 5-1/2 years.  While I have learned a lot about the position and we have accomplished so much in the last 5 years, I feel my work is not done!  There is always so much going on in the Township, we have been updating our Fire Department and EMS equipment, hiring full-time firefighters, and keeping it a top notch organization; bringing our online services up-to-date, helping many residents with issues and problems, and like everyone else this past year- all while navigating the challenges of COVID-19. 

I also bring 30 years of business experience to the table.  Being in business this long has taught me the value of listening and communicating with the public, how to be frugal with the finances provided by our hard-working taxpayers, the importance of maintaining equipment and buildings, and how to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
